Excellent facilities, very friendly staff and a great dining hall. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The staff provided a packed breakfast at 6am on check out. The view of Lake Van across the road was impressive.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. My room was superb; fabulous bathroom with a huge balcony! All the staff are extremely professional and friendly. Especially the two hotel managers who helped me organise a reliable driver for sightseeing. Great facilities - including a nice swimming pool area. Amazing breakfast. Cleanliness top notch too. Highly recommend!

The location is perfect if you have one night in the city. The rooms were big and specious, the guy on the reception desk gave us some warm cookies during the registering. Free coffee and tee in the lobby and a lot of space for relaxing and working. The staff was friendly and helpful, they helped us with the luggage.
